Does Volubile connect to our CRM without development?

Yes, for CRMs in our native catalog (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.). The connection can be configured from the Integrations interface in just a few clicks: OAuth authentication, selection of fields to read and write, and real-time testing. No developer is required for native connectors.

What happens if our tool isn't in the catalog?

Any system with a REST API can be connected via custom API mode or webhook. Your technical team configures the authentication (OAuth, API key, Basic Auth) and the relevant endpoints. Volubile calls these endpoints before, during, or after each call according to the defined rules.

Can the agent read AND write to our CRM during the call?

Yes. For reading: the agent retrieves the customer record, history, and case status before answering the call. For writing: they update fields, create call notes, and modify statuses during or after the conversation, without human intervention.

How does automatic appointment booking work during a call?

The agent checks real-time availability via your calendar's API (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Doctolib, etc.), suggests time slots to the caller, confirms the chosen appointment, and creates the event directly. The caller receives a confirmation, without being transferred to a human.

Do integrations work in real-time during the call?

Yes. API calls to your systems run during the conversation with latency that ensures a smooth conversation. The agent can query a database, check inventory, or consult a history while the caller is speaking, without the caller perceiving any delay.

Can different workflows be configured based on the call's outcome?

Yes. Low-code workflows allow you to define conditional rules: if the call is classified as a complaint, create a priority ticket in Zendesk; if the lead is qualified, create an opportunity in Salesforce and notify the sales representative. These conditions are configured directly from the interface without writing any code.

Are third-party API connection credentials secure?

Yes. All credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens, identifiers) are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are never exposed in logs or accessible in plain text from the interface. Connections follow OAuth 2.0 standards for compatible tools.

Can multiple tools be connected to a single agent?

Yes. An agent can query multiple systems in parallel: CRM for customer records, calendar for availability, ERP for inventory, and combine this data to provide a coherent response. There is no limit on the number of active integrations per agent.

How to test an integration before deploying it to production?

From the Agent Builder interface, you can simulate a complete call with active integrations, including reads and writes to your systems. API calls in test mode can be redirected to a staging environment if you have a sandbox.
