How long does deployment take?

Deployment follows 4 phases: scoping, configuration and integration, testing and validation, then production. Simple use cases can be up and running quickly. Multi-agent projects with deep IS integrations are planned in batches to guarantee a first concrete result before ramping up.

How are the rates calculated?

Pricing is based on a combined model: a monthly license (the pack) that defines the functional scope of the platform, and billing based on actual consumption in call minutes, beyond the volume included in the package.

How is data security ensured?

The data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in Europe. All communications are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted and audited continuously. Call data is not used to train AI models. Volubile is GDPR and IA Act compliant. ISO 27001 certification and HDS hosting are in progress.

Can Volubile be integrated into our existing CRM?

Yes. Volubile AI agents natively connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, and over 450 other tools via RESTful APIs, real-time webhooks, and low-code connectors. Integration also covers tools developed in-house. The connection to existing telephony is done via call transfer or SIP trunk, without changing the infrastructure in place.

Do customers hear the difference with a human?

The voices used are ultra-realistic, with management of intonation, rhythm and emotions. Response latency is less than 800ms, which is within the natural range of human conversation. Over 100 voices are available in 50+ languages. Voice cloning is possible to maintain a sound identity consistent with the brand.
