Why does Volubile exist
At Qapa, we spent whole days on the phone: selling, reassuring, qualifying, relaunching. Essential calls that are impossible to scale. Every missed call was a lost opportunity.
November 2022. ChatGPT is coming. For the first time, AI is becoming able to understand, respond, and act like a human. That day, with Julien, we said to ourselves: it is now.
What we had wanted to build for years was finally becoming possible: automating incoming and outgoing calls from all businesses, with AI agents who speak like the best salespeople and customer relationship operators.
Volubile was born out of this conviction: voice is the last strategic channel that has not yet been automated at scale. This is precisely where the competitive advantage of the next decade is at play.
