How long does it take to deploy a first agent?

What is TruePath and why is it different?

TruePath is Volubile's proprietary agentic orchestration system. Can we modify an agent that is already in production?

How do you test an agent before putting it into production?

From the Agent Builder interface, you can interact directly with the agent after every change — exactly as a real caller would. No test deployment, no separate environment to configure.

Can an agent handle both inbound AND outbound calls?

Yes. The Agent Builder allows you to configure inbound agents (who answer calls from your customers) and outbound agents (who initiate call campaigns). Both types are configured from the same interface using the same tools.

Can we schedule outbound call campaigns?

Yes. From the Agent Builder, set up campaigns with full orchestration: active days, legal time slots (10 AM-1 PM / 2 PM-8 PM), daily volume (25 to 1,000 calls/day), automatic retries for unanswered calls, and call data export.

Can multiple people work on the same agent?

Yes. Built-in versioning tracks every change with the author's identity. Teams can collaborate on the same agent without the risk of overwriting — and each version remains independently restorable.

What happens if the agent cannot answer a request?

You define the agent's behavior when it goes out of scope: transfer to a human agent, message capture, or redirection to another specialized TruePath agent. The agent never attempts to improvise a response outside its configured scope.
