Created in 2023, Volubile is a B2B startup at the forefront of conversational artificial intelligence. We are developing a platform that allows businesses to deploy autonomous voice agents that are able to communicate naturally with their prospects and customers.
We already serve prestigious customers across France and Europe, generating significant ROI and exceptional customer experiences. In a context of rapid growth where product innovation is at the heart of our success, we are looking for our Product Owner to shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Product vision and strategy : Define and communicate the product roadmap in line with business goals and user feedback.
- Backlog management : Prioritize features according to their business value, write user stories and maintain an optimized product backlog.
- User interface/teams :Collect and analyze customer needs, transform insights into clear functional specifications.
- Technical collaboration : Work closely with the development team to ensure technical feasibility and the quality of deliverables.
- Analysis and optimization : Track product metrics, analyze uses and propose continuous improvements in the user experience.
- Tests and validation : Coordinate test phases, validate developments and ensure that each delivery meets acceptance criteria.
- Technology watch : Stay at the forefront of innovations in conversational AI and identify opportunities for product evolution.
- Sales support : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling product demonstrations and support prospects.
Desired skills
- You have significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in SaaS, AI or tech environment.
- You master agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (Jira, Notion, Figma, etc.).
- You have a data-driven approach and know how to analyze product metrics to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication: you know how to popularize technical concepts and unite around your product vision.
- You are curious about conversational AI technologies and understand UX/UI issues.
- You are autonomous, organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Sensitivity to B2B issues and customer experience would be a plus.
